The Woodville-Tompkins building was designed as a middle school​ and as such, the gym floor has a rubberized surface.  The Gymnasium and Auditorium project is to replace the gym floor with a wood floor appropriate for a high school and add spectator seating for 1,250.  The auditorium is designed to provide a first class experience for both performers and audience.  The 498 seat theater will feature state of the art sound and lighting capabilities, as well as access for community partners.  ​
