Our district offers a FREE Afterschool program committed to assisting the Savannah-Chatham County Public School System students in achieving academic success in Reading & Mathematics through Blended Learning and Enrichment.

There are 25 participating schools:

Typical Program Start and End Dates:
Elementary Schools
Starts – September 2, 2025 – Ends May 1, 2026


K8, Middle Schools and High Schools
Starts – September 2, 2025 – Ends April 30, 2026

Typical Program Hours
~Hours vary based on site dismissal times.

 Elementary Schools
~4:30 PM – 6:45 PM
Monday – Friday (5 Days a Week)

Middle / K-8 / HS
~2:45 PM – 5:45 PM
Monday – Thursday (4 Days a Week)

Registration

Registration must be completed each year for each participating student. Registration can be completed by using the Link https://forms.office.com/r/RFBmjgMkqS or by getting a paper registration form at your child(ren)'s school. 

2025-26 21st Century CLC Parent/ Student Handbook

Please review the handbook with your child(ren) and ensure that you sign and return the signature (last) page to the site coordinator at the school.

Transportation

Transportation will be provided to twenty-four of the 21st Century CLC students who reside in their 21st Century CLC sites' attendance zone. Transportation request (registration) must be completed electronically by August 11, 2025, for the start of programming on September 1, 2025. *Oglethorpe Charter ACA does not have transportation.

Field Trips

21st Century CLC students also participate in free expanded learning opportunities throughout the school year field trips.

Meals

Free, nutritious meals are provided daily by Second Harvest Kids Café.
