What is a strategic plan?
A strategic plan is how we turn our vision for students into action. It is our shared roadmap for the future of our school district. The map is a 5-year plan that outlines where we are going as a school district, what we will prioritize, and how we will measure success. We use the plan to make informed decisions to distribute resources, align efforts across schools and departments, and ensure we are building a stronger future for every student.
Who creates the strategic plan?
The entire community – from students, staff, families, school and district leaders, elected officials, businesses, and educational partners – share their perspectives and hopes to shape the strategic plan.

During the December 17, 2025, Board meeting important policy updates were approved that will guide the use of Electronic Devices by students.
